Unfortunately the ability to change email address has been removed from govdex for security reasons. If you have changed departments govdex is unable to verify if you are entitled to the same access that you had with your previous department.
Please follow the following steps:
1. Contact community administrators of your current communities and request to be sent an invitation into the community with your new email address
2. Accept the invitations and create a new account.

Govdex is hosted behind a secure Defence Signals Directorate (DSD) certified gateway connection. The govdex system is secure to UNCLASSIFIED: Sensitive/UNCLASSIFIED: FOUO.
All staff working on govdex, including third party contractors are security assessed and approved to a minimum of a provisional PROTECTED level of security.
Administrators who wish to use govdex for UNCLASSIFIED material should remind users of their obligations in respect of protecting their password and in the treatment of UNCLASSIFIED material.
govdex communities are closed communities and membership is only by invitation. Only people who an administrator has sent an invitation to can access the community.
You’ll need to talk to the person who informed you of the community. This person’s likely to be the community administrator and will be able to give you access directly. If you were informed of the community by a colleague who has access they will be able to reference the communities contacts page which should contain the administrators contact details.
You will need to talk to the person who has told you about the documents. They will be able to provide you with contact information for the community administrator who will be able to give you access.

Use the password reset feature of govdex. Once you receive the reset email and change your password, you will have access to your communities again.

You can mention other members of your community by typing @User’s Name. Please note: Mentions are locked down to communities.
