1. Navigate to your Dashboard and select ‘Manage Community Membership’
2. This will open the ‘User Administration interface’ and display a list of your communities and user groups.
3. From the menu on the left hand side of your screen, select ‘My Profile’.
4.This will open the ‘User Listing’ page. Select ‘Change Password’
5. Complete the details in the form and select ‘Submit’.
6. Once completed, you will be logged out of govdex and an automated email will be sent to your listed email address to confirm your password has been successfully changed.
7. Please wait 15 minutes before logging into govdex with your username and new password.
